This spirited tour will give you a look at the City of Atlanta's darker side as we share local anecdotes and legends. The journey will take you on a spine tingling trip through downtown Atlanta from Underground Atlanta to the State House and all the way to Centennial Olympic Park.

Hear about Atlanta's most sinister characters and haunted happenings from the famous to the not so famous. The tour will roll through Fairle-Poplar District in downtown and down Peachtree Street, where tales of local legends are told. Then on to Georgia State Univeristy to hear about ghosts that haunt the campuses of Atlanta. This is a one of a kind way to see a city, as well as a great opportunity to experience how much fun segways are to operate.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

There are no tours scheduled on July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day or New Year's Eve/Day.

The guides will take you on an adventure through the darker side of Atlanta; the Ghosts and Legends Tour is a scary, fun, and informative experience that is truly one of a kind!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Participants must provide a damage waiver including a damage deposit of $499.95 to be charged on a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). This charge will be authorized, but immediately cancelled at the end of the tour if the equipment is returned undamaged.

All riders will have to complete and sign a liability waiver (those under 18 will need to have an adult sign for them). You must be at least 12 years of age to ride. Riders must weigh at least 100 pounds and not exceed 260 pounds. Pregnant women will not be permitted to participate.

FAQ's

What is a Segway?
~ The Segway, Human Transporter is the first of its kind, a self-balancing, personal transportation device designed to go anywhere people do. Easy to use and operate, the two-wheeled Segway sports high-tech gyroscopes that automatically respond to your body's movements, "sensing" when it should speed up and slow down. You stand on a small platform between left and right wheels as you hold onto handlebars at a comfortable waist height. The Segway handles the balancing for you, so that you're always upright as you glide through any environment.

Are the tours cancelled in case of rain?
~ No, our tours run rain or shine. We have ponchos available for anyone that needs to purchase one and the Segways themselves run just fine in all weather.

Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
~ We do not enter the museums and monuments since the Segways are so much fun! We will give you a great orientation however, and you'll know exactly where you want to go after the tour.

Are Segways safe for children or people with disabilities?
~ Although riding a Segway is relatively easy to do and learn, we do require that all riders be at least 12 years of age. Each of our tours begins with a 30 minute orientation session in the plaza and park next to our office. We will practice on the Segways so that everyone feels comfortable and ready to go out and conquer Atlanta.
